Located adjacent to Swedish and Craig Hospitals, this project is being designed to provide for 102,000 sqft class AA medical office with 14,000 sqft ground floor retail.  The building provides abundant on-site parking which was lacking in the surrounding medical campus.  Complex coordination and design is required to have a surgical facility above a parking structure. The Initial approval process and design development is under way.
