The Mulhern Group provided the design of a 7,500 square feet power and pump room addition to an existing core/shell building. The project included 40,300 square feet of raised floor data hall/support areas within the existing core/shell building.
Additionally, based upon requirements of a tenant, site hardening measures were designed and coordinated to secure the premises prior to building entrance.
