The Mulhern Group provided the design of a 340,000 square foot ground-up data facility in the Pacific Northwest. The site included a creek and active wetlands over major portions of the site and was encumbered by multiple agencies having jurisdiction over the project. We orchestrated and collaborated with the design team to provide a large building footprint area while preserving an open space corridor for the City. Entitlements will be completed early 2020.
The project includes a 240,000 square foot data hall excluding support areas. The data hall is designed to be constructed in four 60,000 square foot phases. The building features a two-story curved glass curtain wall enclosed lobby and 30,000 square feet of office tenant improvements
