The Mulhern Group designed a Master Plan for a 250,000 square foot data center facility at Compark.
The initial building was 92,700 square feet of core/shell that included 76,700 square feet of raised floor data hall/support areas and 16,000 square feet of two-story office tenant improvements.
The building was subsequently expanded with an additional 147,800 square feet of raised floor data hall/support areas.
