Masterplanning, Approval processing, design, documentation and construction phase services were provided in this urban renewal district at I-36 and McCaslin Blvd. For this 98 acre site included in the masterplanning was the relocation of a state highway to facilitate traffic flow and create two major development parcels. The western parcel is organized by 2 major axis’ joined by SuperTarget, Costco, Whole Foods, and a host of junior anchors. The Mulhern Group also provided design and signage guidelines for the development.
