After a fire destroyed the Lincoln, Nebraska Public School Headquarters, the school board decided to turn the 7 acre site into a mixed-use development. The site now has the first Whole Foods in Lincoln and O Street serves as the commercial center of the area, providing 41,600 sqft of retail.
