Masterplanning, conceptual design, approval processing, documentation and construction phase services were provided for the redevelopment of the former Twin Peaks mall. The project focal point is the Village, a two block pedestrian plaza featuring a major water feature and green wrapped by 50,000 sqft of restaurants and retail shops with great views to the Twin Peaks. The center is anchored by a new Sam’s club, Regal Theater, Gold’s Gym, and 46,000 sqft Whole Foods.
