Modera Rino is a luxury apartment complex located in RiNo, one of Denver’s redeveloping neighborhoods adjacent to Downtown and the Platte River. The project is composed of five and six stories and provides for 360 residences about a highly amenitized 14,000 pool courtyard. The building wraps around a six level parking structure providing for 477 vehicles. A corner glass element and canopy are on axis with Broadway and a glazed elevator lobby calls attention to the main lobby. An amenities – rich courtyard is provided for residents, located on the south side of the building.
