Two existing senior living facilities are renovated and expanded. Arvada Manor has one living unit converted into a new updated laundry facility, and another living unit converted into bathrooms that serve a 2,000 square foot addition, which houses a much needed activities hall for the residents, as well as a therapy pool. The other building, Springwood Nightingale Suites, has thirty units that are expanded by 200 square feet, converting them from a single-space living unit into one-bedroom units.
