MIXED USE

This mixed-use project acts as the northern gateway to the Union Station redevelopment project in Denver’s exciting Platte Valley. The ground floor retail includes a two-story 42,000 sqft grocery store, the first in the Central Business District, and 13,000 sqft of shops and restaurants with outdoor dining. The 314 luxury apartments are four stories in height and wrap about two, 10,000 sqft courtyards. Structured parking of 96 spaces is provided at grade for retail and restaurants. Two levels of below grade parking provide 494 spaces for the residences above.
