Masterplanning, placemaking, conceptual design, approval processing, documentation and construction phase services were provided for this mixed-use redevelopment of a 5 acre former grocery store site. The new project includes a speciality grocer and 12,000 sqft of small shops and restaurants about a 8,000 sqft pedestrian plaza featuring a small stage and fire pit. 111 luxury residences wrap three sides of a 12,000 sqft pool courtyard. Parking for 154 vehicles is provided in a single story below grade structure.
