Master planning, conceptual design, and zoning services are provided for developing Creekside Park, along Cherry Creek, into a 10 acre entertainment district with an array of amenities for adults and children. The site will include shops, fine and casual dining, concert venues, movie theaters, and sports bars, along with two parking garages.
