The Duncan Residence, Little Cayman, is an addition to an existing 2-story house, connected via an open-air bridge. The addition will serve primarily for recreational purposes: a scuba gear storage and cleaning room, a gym, large living room, open kitchen, wet bar, and a mezzanine for flexible purposes, as well as large wrap-around decks. The addition is constructed of cast-in-place concrete and includes expansive glass walls to taken in the ocean views.
